About Us

Our names are Richard, Ben and Adam and we founded Penrose Estate Agents in 2016.  Between us, we hold over thirty years of industry experience helping thousands of people in and around Luton complete their home moves.

We offer sellers and landlords a unique full range of marketing options, from an online only service through to traditional, fully managed moves.

We understand that our customers have very different desires and deserve a real choice on how we help them achieve the best possible price.  By combining both the online and traditional services, we provide flexible solutions that will meet every customers demands.

When you instruct us to sell or rent your property you can rest assured you will be dealing with experienced and efficient property professionals, who care about both you and your home.





I have been helping people successfully move home for 12 years and love it. My main reason for opening Penrose with Ben and Adam is to change the perception of Estate Agents today and demonstrate our trustworthy, honest approach for all of our clients. Having worked for the largest estate agency group in the UK as a Regional Manager at my previous company looking after 16 sales and lettings offices, I am competent in all fields of the Estate Agency business and am able to provide the highest level of customer service.




In 2005 I started as an estate agent and have never looked back. I quickly became very successful with my unique style of offering people an honest and personable approach. Having only ever worked as an estate agent in Luton my local knowledge and expertise is second to none, meaning I can give people the best advice, achieving them the best price, whilst delivering an impeccable service - the most important thing to me.




I have been working as an Estate Agent all of my working life. I strongly believe that the passion and desire I possess to help my clients achieve the best possible price for their properties, as well as assisting buyers source the home of their dreams plays a huge factor in my success. I genuinely love going to work every day and am now even more excited to be able to provide the highest level of customer care through our unique marketing offering at Penrose.

Having been born and bred in Luton I am able to offer unrivalled local knowledge of the town. My main responsibility is to organize potential tenants and buyers viewings on properties that we have available that would suit their needs. I am also responsible for ensuring our landlords and sellers are fully up to date with all viewing feedback and general marketing updates.

I have been working in the estate agency industry for several years after taking a career move to pursue my passion for property. Having grown up and lived in Luton all my life I possess a comprehensive knowledge of the area and through working for both corporate and independent agencies, gained a good understanding of customer needs, striving to give the best service possible. I am thrilled to have joined the team at Penrose so I can give an even more personal and transparent approach whilst still providing an outstanding marketing offer. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is being able to help customers achieve their dream home whilst keeping them informed and excited throughout their journey with us.

Having worked for one of the larger corporate estate agents managing a large central Luton Office for a number of years, I was over the moon to be offered a position to run the Lettings operation at Penrose. I have a number of years’ Lettings experience in the town and enjoy working with landlords to achieve their desired results. My favourite part of the job is handing over the keys to happy tenants on their moving days. I am proud to say that I have lived in Luton all of my life and possess a wealth of knowledge to help assist all of my clients. Customer service and communication is very important to me and I hope my passion for the job reflects this.

Having been born and bred in the popular Wigmore area in Luton, the local knowledge that I am able to pass on to clients who are not familiar with the town is invaluable. I thoroughly enjoy helping potential buyers and tenants source a home that meets their requirements and I have a real passion for providing a truly personal and exceptional service to all of my customers. One of my favourite parts of the job is handing over the keys to a very excited first time buyer when a transaction reaches completion!

I have worked in the customer service industry for all my working life. I enjoy helping people and have a passion for ensuring that all of my customers are happy! Having had roles in property management with my previous employment, I was over the moon to be able to join the Penrose team and implement my skills in this role. I was born and bred in North Luton, and look forward to passing on my local knowledge to customers who may be new to the area. In my spare time I enjoy going out for meals and spending time with family and friends.

I have been working within the Estate Agency business for the majority of my career so far and I still enjoy every second. I joined Penrose in 2018 from a previous Luton based lettings agency because of their dedication and commitment to changing the perception of estate agents. I take a lot of time and care with my clients, and particularly enjoy assisting potential tenants source a home that matches their criteria.
